High Sobriety/Home

Hello and Welcome to High Sobriety.  I’d like to quickly introduce the website by way of a few questions.

  • Do you have a problem drinking pattern?
  • Are you becoming increasingly dependent on alcohol?
  • Do you habitually drink more than you set out to?
  • Are you worried that, if you don’t take action now, you might be risking your long- term health or happiness, or even your relationships?
  • Wouldn’t you like to find a better solution if only you knew where to turn?
  • If you want to be free of the alcohol trap and you’re not content to slip into the unconscious dependency that our culture seems to promote, then this is the place for you. If you are ready to take action, right now, today, you can download free of charge, two high quality e-books which will assist you on the way to becoming alcohol free. You’ll be ahead of the game, because if history tells us one thing it’s that very few people act with the foresight and wisdom to change a problem before it becomes a catastrophe. Usually we have to get really ill before we’ll give something the attention to fix it. May you be one of the few!

Who is this website for?

It’s for anyone who wants to get over a problem drinking pattern.

Specifically for:

•Those who are becoming increasingly dependent

•Binge drinkers

•Those who drink unconsciously-to mask boredom, isolation, low esteem, despair etc,

•Those who have been drinking so long they don’t believe it’s possible to break the habit

•Those who suspect their addiction is related to chemical imbalance / sugar sensitivity or blood sugar swings

My pledge to you

is to fully assist you in achieving sobriety if that is what you want. I can’t make you change your life around. Only you can do that. In any change of behaviour substantial focus is required especially till the new habit is in place and becomes the norm. But what I can definitely do is to open your eyes to new possibilities & provide the focussed support you need to succeed. As Edison said “Success is 99 percent application and one percent inspiration”
In other words you can be inspired all day long but you need also to put in the groundwork on a daily basis.

  1. You have created a tremendous resource for those who need it and those with loved ones who are in need of help. I know you put a lot of effort into this and your passion and caring shows. (As an hypnotherapist) You have reignited my desire to help those who are dependent on substances. This site is much needed for many.
    Thanks Grace.
